I myself to be self-employed and to provide employment to the women from different rural areas this company focuses on providing the skills in particular field, helping them to grow economically.

With this motto, this company was established in 1997 with support of my family (my wife Sabita Thapa, my sister Laxmi Thapa, and myself).

In the beginning we were unable to work as much as we thought we could. Also, my study being the main factor I had limited time to my business.

This had a consequence- low productivity, causing our business to be limited within the local market.

After I graduated I started to research about the quality of cashmere and its business in International market for 2 years (2008/09). I then attended the training held in Osaka, Japan where i had an opportunity to learn about quality control. This guided me in expanding my knowledge about cashmere and its market. Later in 2010, I was granted a permission from Nepal government for importing, manufacturing and exporting the products. Currently, we have 24 staffs working in regular basis. The staffs have experience of ten years and more in this field, hence being highly qualified for the work.

Our staffs have always shown the gratitude and satisfaction working with us. We do not have a relationship of boss and a worker instead we prefer working together as a big family.

Since, 2010 we have been continuously exporting our products to different countries such as United States of America, Japan, German, UK, Australia, New Zealand, France and Italy. The hand made products by Nepalese women and its high quality has given rise to positive feedbacks from the customers. The use of pure, certified eco-friendly color has contributed in increasing demand of the products day by day in the international market.
