Standard Sample packages(swatch or muffler) are ready to feel a real cashmere for our new customers, which could be instantly delivered on enquiry. Our sample package also bears the company's complimentary, official colour charts. For the knit wears, samples(swatch ) of designs, which are already available, can be instantly sent. In case of customized size and designs we need 2-4 working days for the samples to be ready.
±5% variation will be acceptable in the size, weight, colors, etc. due to hand made nature products
Lead period can vary according to the volume of the orders placed. The safety stock we maintain facilitate the contraction of the lead period ( up to 1 week) for orders which are comparatively small. Orders of big volume demand a lead period of 20-30 days.
50% Advance payment is required to confirm the order, rest 50% should be paid before shipping. As per our export regulations, we cannot ship any order without receiving the payment for it. We have to submit an advance payment certificate (APC) at the customs when shipping. The bank, which issues the APC, only does so after receiving the payment in our favor. Payments can be made by bank transfers or by opening an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) in our favor. All bank charges outside Nepal have to be borne by the buyer.
Incase of online payments made through our website online payment system 3.75% additional Card Charge will be added to the invoice.
The shipments of our orders are done by any method requested by our customers. If not specified by customers merchandise by air through international couriers, preferably by DHL UPS or by other air cargo such as Lufthansa, Austrian ------Thai Airways etc(whichever is convenient and economical as per the buyers destination) it usually takes 4-7 days to reach any destination.
We take every measure to ensure that our customers' receive their orders undamaged. Unfortunately, problems do arise sometimes. We advise our customers to immediately check the goods once they arrive at their premises and put forward claims for any damaged goods. We accept claims for damaged Cashmere products only up to fifteen(15) days and after that do not honor any claims for damaged goods . We either add account credit with the amount already paid or replace the damaged pieces as soon as possible.
